Physio-Pilates (Open Level)

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Join our Physio-focused class which will work to correct posture through small movements. Cure your common fatigue felt from day-to-day activities or your latest sports obsession with a hyper-focus on minimizing injury and maximizing form improvement. Our lead instructor is cross trained as a physical therapist — take advantage of her deep knowledge-set in human anatomy.

From Mat to Reformer: Pilates Aficionado (Open Level)

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Get the best of Mat Pilates featuring beloved props such as the: Magic-Circle , Pilates-Ball or Weighted Bar on our Nano Reformers. Focuses on fundamental pilates movements that beginners should get familiarized with, but also works to strengthen muscles to new depths when practiced repeatedly.

Reformer Amped Up (ADVANCED)

Level: Advanced

Feel the burn with some more contemporary exercises including movements utilizing our weighted-bar or dumb-bells which challenges you to engage your core and feel your glutes!
