How do I get into the building?

Upon booking your class, be sure to screenshot the directions before heading to checkout (directions will include the building code)

Make your way up the ramp/stairs, elevators are to your left (third floor)

Look for Suite 3F by turning left into the main hallway (locate our pink doors or on-site studio manager!)

How can I start as a newbie to Pilates?

Just show up! All of our classes (barring “Amped Up Reformer”) are beginner friendly /Open-Level. Just let your instructor or the studio manager know ahead of class, so we can tailor your experience on our Nano Reformer machines.

Do you have a “waitlist” option? How does it work?

Yes! We offer up to three “waitlist” spots. You are not charged until you confirm (via email) that you want the available spot when it opens up, so be quick!

Once you accept, you will be charged the drop-in rate ($38) or one of your class credits (from a classpack or membership purchase) will be used towards the booking.

Are there any cancellation fees?

We allow clients to cancel up to 24 hours before a scheduled class. Any cancellations thereafter (within 24-hours of your class beginning) will incur a flat $1 cancellation fee.

Rationale: We have limited spots available and want to ensure everyone has an opportunity to book a class. Advanced cancellations are much appreciated by your fellow pilate members!

If you booked in advance and haven’t had the opportunity to use the class credit, what happens next?

If this is relating to our monthly membership (12 classes), you have exactly one month from date of purchase to utilize all your credits.

If this is relating to classpack purchases, you have up to 3 months from the purchase date to utilize all credits.

If this is relating to a new student special (3 classes for $90), you have 2 months from the purchase date to utilize all three credits!
